Getting a Taste of Spain


At the Butcher's




When we got to the butcher's he was slicing 'jamón', a delicious type of cured ham from an Iberian breed of dark-skinned pork.

There was a great variety of meat: pork, beef, lamb, chicken and all sorts of sausages and salami.
